Tuk Tuk Service

• Capacity: Maximum 6 passengers per trip.
• Our Tuk-Tuk operates on a first-come, first-served queue basis. To request a pick-up or drop-off, guests must contact our Front Office at the Front Desk, by telephone, LINE or WhatsApp. Advance reservations are not available.
• For external pick-ups, guests should contact Front Office when guests are ready and proceed to the designated pick-up point. As the Tuk-Tuk is unable to park and wait at these locations, guests must be present when the Tuk-Tuk arrives. If the guest is not at the pick-up point, the driver will proceed to the next guest in the queue, and the guest will need to contact Front Office again to rejoin the queue.
• Tuk-Tuk service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted due to adverse weather conditions, flooding, natural disasters, or other circumstances affecting road safety and service operations. Please contact Front Office for the latest service status.

PICK-UP POINT

Sukhumvit 16 at front of 7-Eleven

• When you arrive at BTS Asoke please exit at EXIT No. 3
• Please walk straight to the Exchange Tower and go down the stairs from the skywalk.
• When you stand on the sidewalk. Please turn left and walk straight for about 100 meters. You will reach the entrance of Sukhumvit 16.
• Our pick-up point is located on the sidewalk in front of 7-Eleven convenience store.

MRT QSNCC subway station

• When you arrive at MRT QSNCC Subway Station, please exit at EXIT No. 4 to go outside of the station.
• When you arrive at the entrance of MRT QSNCC, please turn left and walk for about 40 meters. Then turn left again to get to “Pai Singh To road” pick-up point.
• Our pick-up point is located on the sidewalk near the motorcycle taxi stand and the cross road signs. You should notice bikes and motorcycle racks around that area. Please wait on the same side as the MRT Subway station.
